Located in Building D on the campus of Melbourne Polytechnic’s Preston campus the 115m2 space is bookable seven days a week from 8am – 9pm.
The kitchen has been established to be compliant to Class 2 food production level. Each business using the space must show full food safety compliance and insurance accreditation to be allowed a kitchen booking. Specialist trays, pots, pans, knives, utensils and specialist small appliances will need to be provided by users.
Registered users will have access via a swipe card to the kitchen, storage areas and cleaning rooms. Dedicated parking adjacent to the FoodINC kitchen has been secured for users.
